According to the records 30 cruise ships are scheduled to visit Rhodes, with a slight decrease in cruise ships arrivals in comparison to 2011 when 32 cruise ships visited our island.
The cruise ships will excell in terms of passenger arrivals on 25 of April, when 4 cruise ships are scheduled to dock at the port of Rhodes. News for the future of marine tourism on the island is not encouraging and so far as the number of cruise ships expected for April shows a reduction of 20% and bookings by 35%, which means that the occupancy will not be at the level of 2011 or as we anticipated, this announcement was made by the president of the association of travel agencies of Rhodes, Mr. Costas Georgiadis.
